A importância de estabelecer-mos metas!

Primeiro, é necessário definir que bolo é que pretendemos cozinhar, de seguida temos que pesquisar uma receita que nos agrade, para depois podermos ir ao mercado comprar os ingredientes. Mas não podem ser uns ingredientes quaisquer, estes têm de ser escolhidos com cuidado e muita paciência, é preciso verificar em todas as prateleiras quais são os mais adequados ao que nós pretendemos que seja o resultado final.

Após termos tudo o que é necessário disposto à nossa frente, desde ingredientes a materiais de culinária, voltamos a pegar na receita, reler e começar.

O bolo tem que ser feito sem pressas, sem pressão e com precisão!

No final, é posto no forno, aí só nos resta aguardar pelo sinal de que está pronto.

Nesse tempo de espera não vale a pena pensar "no que poderia ter acrescentado", nem "secalhar não devia ter colocado aquilo". Não se pode mexer mais, resta aguardar pelo resultado final.

Isto faz com que estejamos já muito perto da nossa meta.

A nossa vitória vai ser quando colocarmos as cerejas lá no topo do bolo! Mas para isso, o nosso bolo tem quer merecedor!

Esta será a nossa recompensa pelo esforço feito durante o processo!

The importance of setting goals!

The goals are cherries on top of the cakes.

First, it is necessary to define which cake we intend to cook, then we have to search for a recipe that we like, then we can go to the market to buy the ingredients. But they cannot be just any ingredients, they have to be chosen carefully and with a lot of patience, it is necessary to check on all shelves which are the most suitable for what we want the final result to be.

After having everything that is needed in front of us, from ingredients to cooking materials, we take the recipe again, reread it and start.

The cake has to be made without haste, without pressure and with precision!

In the end, it is put in the oven, so we can only wait for the signal that it is ready.

In that waiting time, it is not worth thinking "what I could have added", nor "maybe I shouldn't have put that on". You can't move any more, you just have to wait for the final result.

This means that we are already very close to our goal.

Our victory will be when we put the cherries on top! But for that, it will be our cake has deserving of such an achievement!
