Reflexão do mês de Novembro:
Para mim é o mês que mais rápido passa, é o meu preferido porque geralmente acontecem coisas boas, é quando aparecem as castanhas, se acende a lareira, o laranja e castanho do Outono são mais notórias e bonitas.
O ano está quase a terminar e começou a altura de olhar para trás e entender o ano que passou, os objetivos que se atingiram e os que ficaram para trás, o que é que mudou e o que é que precisa de mudar.
Os sonhos e os objetivos perderam-se no meio de uma realidade fora do controlo humano, tal como fora da zona de conforto. Poderia dizer que tudo o que acontece é uma aprendizagem, que nos permite crescer e reavaliar o comportamento e a postura perante as situações em que a vida nos coloca.
É tempo de pensar em mudanças e reorganizações. Nem sempre é nos trás as melhores sensações, mas é necessário. Aceitar e seguir em frente nem sempre é fácil, mas é sempre essencial.
Será possível fazer um reset e começar de novo?
Reflection for the month of November:
- For me it's the fastest month, it's my favorite because usually good things happen, it's when the chestnuts appear, the fireplace is lit, the autumn orange and brown are more noticeable and beautiful.
The year is almost over and it's time to look back and understand the past year, the goals achieved and those that were left behind, what has changed and what needs to change.
Dreams and goals were lost in the midst of a reality beyond human control, as well as outside the comfort zone. I could say that everything that happens is a learning process, which allows us to grow and reassess our behavior and attitude towards the situations in which life puts us.
It's time to think about changes and reorganizations. It doesn't always bring us the best sensations, but it is necessary. Accepting and moving forward is not always easy, but it is always essential.
