Princess & Chaos
Princess ran after him, began to feel the muscles in her legs swell and her heart to beat so hard that she thought that at some point she might jump from her chest. She caught it. She held on to his forearm and squeezed it, so much so that she felt her nails press against his flesh. Chaos didn't turn around, made no move to let her go, stopped completely as soon as he felt her so close to him. Princess tried to catch her breath for a few seconds, which became minutes, however her legs remained wobbly, she couldn't leave even if she wanted to, finally she managed to compose herself, straightened her hair, straightened her back and wet her already dry lips. and parched. Chaos still didn't move, didn't even seem to be breathing. - Why did you run away? - He did not answer the question, he remained motionless with his back to her. She ran her free hand over his back, felt him shiver, but did not stop, continued his journey from his left shoulder to his right shoulder, until he reached the base of his neck, he sighed, but kept his back to her. Finally, Princess managed to make her feet move, so, without removing her hands from where they were, she walked around Chaos with her body, facing him. Her head was down and her eyes were fixed on the floor, she was in conflict with herself, if she let go of his arm, would he run away? Was this the moment when they would finally be able to talk like two adults? I was afraid, I knew that any action would have its consequences, but I didn't know if I was prepared to deal with it. She let go of his arm, brought her now free hand to his face, tried unsuccessfully to move it, then flexed his knees and looked him up and down, always keeping his other hand on his neck. Suddenly, Chaos looked directly into her eyes, with such intensity that he realized exactly what was going through his head, but decided to wait and make sure whether or not she would break before him. Princess thought it was time to stop thinking. He held her face in his hands, put the weight of his body on the tip of his feet and when pushing the body upward, put his lips against his. Her heart was beating wildly, but her body was relaxed and her mind confident, he continued. Chaos reciprocated.
What he did not expect was that she would win her inner struggle so quickly, or that she had an unexpected attitude, he was surprised, delighted and realized that there is no use running away from the obvious. Princess & Chaos
